About the Program & Eligibility
• 1. How long does the STNA training course take?
Our program runs 3 weeks… and includes both foundational classroom education and hands-on skills practice.
• 2. When are classes held?
We offer flexible scheduling based on your qualifications:
• Morning/Afternoon: Available to students with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Night Classes: Available to all students, including those without a High School Diploma or GED.
• 3. What is your class size?
We specialize in personalized training and maintain an average of 3 students per class to ensure you receive focused, individualized attention from our experienced instructors.
Enrollment and Fees
• 4. How much does the STNA training cost?
Tuition is structured based on the time of day:
• Day Classes: \$650
• Evening Classes: \$800
• 5. Does the tuition include the state testing fee?
No. The tuition covers the cost of the We Care STNA Training Program only. The mandatory State Certification Testing Fees are separate and are paid directly to the testing provider.
• 6. Where can I find information on course conduct, refunds, and attendance?

Certification and Career
• 7. Do you guarantee I will pass the state exam?
We utilize a proven "Learn, Prepare, Practice" approach and high-quality instruction to prepare you completely. However, we do not guarantee that any student will pass the state certification exam, as results are dependent on individual performance.
• 8. Do you help with job placement?
While we do not guarantee employment, we have established credible partnerships with local retirement facilities and colleges that often seek to hire our dedicated and well-trained graduates.
